Power restored to campus
Electrical power was restored to the Chadron State College campus about 12:20 p.m. Monday.
Smoke and flames were reported coming from the substation at 12th and Chadron Ave. shortly before 11 a.m.
Nebraska Public Power District crews worked to reroute power around the substation.
